SHIPPING:

1. Processing Time:
   Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends)
2. Shipping Methods:
   We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process. If there are any concerns regarding your shipping, please contact sales@kamway.com
3. Shipping Rates:
   Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method you select. You can view the shipping charges before completing your purchase. If your order exceeds the maximum weight, your shipping cost will be calculated separately and you will be contacted by one of our staff. 
4. Delivery Time:
   Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 
5. International Shipping:
   We offer our merchandise worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated separately and our staff will contact you for approval. Customers are responsible for custom and duties costs associated with their purchase. 

1. RETURN POLICY

   Merchandise are subject to return within 30 days of purchase, unless the product is damaged or defective from transit. We require that customers contact Kamparts for approval before returning to Kamparts. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. In case that the returned item(s) is/are not in its original condition, Kamparts may refuse the item(s) and it will be ineligible for a refund.

   
   

    Any NSF/bounced checks will incur a $35 penalty. 

   
   

   Please include your online order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return to returns@kamway.com for approval. Shipping the item(s) back to Kamparts will be at the buyer’s expense.
