This Blank deck has “NO” holes or other machining, requires cutting and drilling.

Decks are double sided Phenolic Laminate and are not Pre-Waxed. Requires wax or silicone oil lubricant if using a standard belt. Does not require wax or silicone oil if using Maintenance Free ,Pre- Lubricated or Wax Impregnated belts.

Typical Phenolic decks require additional applications of silicon oil every 6 months or 500 hours of use. However, all Kamparts Decks now come with self-lubricating phenolic surfaces.

Only a small amount of silicone oil is required for the initial application and installation; subsequent lubrication is unnecessary. The deck will continue to self lubricate for up to 12,000 hours of use providing a long term worry-free solution for all treadmills.*
